RDoC computation is internal to MultimodalTherapyAnalyzer.analyze_session_with_multimodal() and is not exposed as a standalone endpoint. To trigger RDoC computation, use: 
POST /api/multimodal-therapy/analyze-session
The response includes rdoc.constructs[] with one entry per construct.
