The RAG layer loads concept dictionaries for behavioral health:

**SNOMED-CT concepts:** Depression (35489007), Anxiety (48694002), Insomnia (193462001), PTSD (47505003), Chronic Pain (82423001), Suicidal Ideation (6471006), Fatigue (84229001).

**ICD-10:** F32.0–F34.1 (depression), F40–F41 (anxiety), F43 (PTSD), F51 / G47 (insomnia), G89 (chronic pain).

**RxNorm:** SSRIs — sertraline (36437), escitalopram (321988), fluoxetine (4493), paroxetine (32937). SNRIs — venlafaxine (39786), duloxetine (72625). Sleep — zolpidem (39993), trazodone (10737). Anxiolytic — buspirone (1827). Pain — gabapentin (25480), pregabalin (187832).
