## 2026-03-02 — Canvas resolution

* BUG-031 resolved: `AgentConfigPanel.jsx` split from \~151 KB monolith into 150-line orchestrator + `config/` subdirectory (15 node configs + `shared.jsx` + `index.js`)

* Canvas sandbox deploy button chain fixed end-to-end (CanvasToolbar → WorkflowBuilderPage → PublishModal)

* Preview access token cleanup job added (`expirePreviewTokens`, daily at 3 AM)

## 2026-02-10 — Workflow versioning

* Hash-based draft auto-save dedup (migration 127)

* Optimistic concurrency `lock_version` on `agent_workflows` (migration 132)

* `template` status added to `agent_workflows` CHECK constraint (migration 134)

* `published_workflow_id` columns added to `intake_calls` and `co_therapy_sessions` (migration 135)
