# Sub-processors

> Per-region sub-processor list.

Sub-processors handle specific functions on Medera's behalf. The list below is current as of platform release; material changes trigger a **30-day notice** to security and compliance contacts on file.

## US tenants

Customer VPC Sub-processors per customer agreement.

Typical setup keeps sub-processors region-local; LLM inference may use a customer-hosted endpoint.
