# SNOMED CT

> Systematized Nomenclature of Medicine, Clinical Terms — BH concept coverage.

SNOMED CT is the most comprehensive clinical terminology system worldwide. Medera covers the **behavioral-health subset** plus the standard problem-list / FHIR Observation domain.
