# POST /api/prior-auth/evaluate

> Evaluate PA criteria

POST /api/prior-auth/evaluate/quick    # quick (PHQ-9 / GAD-7 scores)

```

Returns a `recommendation` (`AUTO_APPROVE`, `LIKELY_APPROVE`, `NEEDS_REVIEW`, `LIKELY_DENY`) plus `match_result` (`ALL_MET`, `MOSTLY_MET`, `PARTIALLY_MET`, `NOT_MET`).
